Tom Richter is a local singer/songwriter/poet/artist. Tom will present a collection of “Tonepoems” from his many cds and read from his three books of poetry. His collection of artwork is entitled “Icons of the North Country” and adds a touch of color and whimsy to what we see around us in Northern NY.
